During my three-day stay at Pride Hotel Udaipur, I found the accommodation to be satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and space. the staff exhibited politeness and courtesy, enhancing the overall experience. the property's highlight is the rooftop restaurant offering a panoramic view of the city, ideal for a relaxing meal. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity issues and some room amenities left something to be desired, highlighting the property's growing pains as a newcomer in the hospitality scene. While the room lacked certain essentials like an ironing facility and a fully functional bathroom, the free toiletries provided added a nice touch. the comfortable bed and flat-screen TV were appreciated, albeit more options for in-room entertainment could be included for added value. In terms of service, the courteous staff, especially Disha at the front desk and the restaurant team, made the stay pleasant. However, adjustments are needed concerning room maintenance and technology to enhance the overall guest experience. Considering the price point, Pride Hotel Udaipur offers decent value for those seeking a comfortable stay with courteous service. For travelers looking for a more luxurious experience, some aspects may fall short of expectations, but overall, the property provides a convenient and hospitable stay.
